Bus emergency brake video

Attached is one the bus videos that I have been discussing with you. This video shows me pushing and pulling the emergency brake button with the engine on. The button was substantially harder to push in and to pull out with the engine on. The next step is to see what Applicant describes in deposition. If her description is not too far off, then we need to have the issue of whether pushing this button could have caused her injury, from a medical standpoint. This has to be addressed by the AME or QME, depending on which direction we go in.

Do look at this video though, and note, it is not just a light push of an electrical button, especially with the bus engine on. This first video is with the engine on.

This second video is with the engine off, you can see the button is easier to push in and out.
